With extensive expertise in pharmacy services, Dottie is a recognized thought leader, leveraging her knowledge and experience across state boards, pharmaceutical manufacturers, universities, PBMs, and accrediting bodies. As Director of Summit Clinical Institute, she drives clinical excellence throughout the Parkview Health Services network.
